KBC Bank launches new brand campaign celebrating customer experiences at the Bank of You.
The new brand campaign highlights the customer experiences that demonstrate how KBC provides a different banking experience in Ireland, and how those experiences have been designed with the consumer in mind – from the usability and accessibility of products and services, to the digital and personal interactions with the brand.
The campaign will be rolled out over the next four months, communicating the overall experiences of the Digital First Challenger bank, including: –
- New Current onboarding mobile App allowing customers to open a Current Account and get banking in 5 minutes with a digital card
- Digital Wallet – Android & Apple Pay
- Mobile Mortgage Advisors that travel to your home
- Saturday Opening in all KBC hubs
- 24/7 – on phone/social or webchat for sales and service
The campaign kicks off on September 8th with a “takeover weekend” that will see mass-media promotion across print and outdoor, as well as digital and broadcast to reach 3 million consumers in the first weekend.
Behind the new creative is the agency 18 Feet & Rising, whose brief was to set the tone for the next phase of The Bank of You as KBC intensifies its presence in the Irish market, targeting new customers. The new brand identity paves the way for new products, services and innovations to be launched in the autumn as consumers look for better experiences in personal banking with a clear emphasis on digital.
