Cybercom, the Dublin-based agency headed up by Jonathan Forrest since 1999, has repositioned its offering as well as introducing a new name, identity and branding.
From now on, the agency will be known as In the Company of Huskies which Jonathan Forrest says reflects a repositioning that will see it bring brands closer to people.
Forrest adds that the agency team has been significantly reshaped over the last 12 months culminating in a mixture of international talent spread across strategy, creative and technology, social, search and performance media, underpinned by data and analytics
“Digital channels are the new operating systems of the world and have fundamentally changed how people connect and engage with each other. This is now the starting point for brands to become embedded in the connected world as opposed to an optional extra” says Forrest.
“Our agency takes our innate understanding of people, our experience in digital platforms and technology and combines it with our thought leadership on how brands communicate in the connected world,” he adds.
Led creatively by David Howlett, who joined the agency earlier this year, the idea for the name was inspired by a single Wikipedia quote: ‘Huskies are an ever-changing cross-breed of the fastest.’ Forrest adds that this thought resonated with the 52 person agency: “a ‘pack’ that constantly adapts to get its clients where they need to be, often across new and unexplored terrain!”
As part of the rebranding exercise the agency has also launched a new website www.inthecompanyofhuskies.com
