Cawley Nea\TBWA has set up a new executive management team that will take responsibility for the operational and strategic development of the agency group.
Led by managing director Deirdre Waldron, the team includes Mark Nolan, planning director, Fergal Behan, head of client services and Stephen Anderson, executive creative director.
According to Deirdre Waldron, “our business is constantly changing so we need to be constantly disrupting the way we think and the way we work. I believe that we now have the best line-up of dynamic talent across our frontline teams to face the challenges of our business”.
Chris Cawley, will remain as chairman of the agency and will work with Pearse McCaughey, group creative director, to oversee the transition to the new management team. “This is an exciting new chapter in our history. It brings a new energy and focus to the next stage in our development,” says Cawley.
