Richard Waring, the former CEO of Millward Brown Ireland and deputy MD of Lansdowne Market Research, has joined Catalyst Marketing Research as a partner and director of the firm.
Set up in 1996 by Dan McGuinness, Catalyst has grown to become a leading provider of customer satisfaction and mystery shopping research in Ireland and the UK. With offices in Dublin and London, as well as partners in North America and Europe, Catalyst is expanding its research offering by leveraging its expertise in consumers and brands within the increasingly complex Omniretail environment.
