Core Media, CKSK, Exterion Media, Publicis Dublin and Kantar Worldpanel all made it into the top rankings of this year’s Best Workplaces in Ireland initiative.
Core Media, which employs 165 staff, was named the Best Workplace in Ireland in the Medium Size Company category, beating off companies like Mars Ireland, Globoforce, Kuehne+Nagel and Morgan McKinley. In last year’s rankings, Core Media came in third place.
This year saw a number of other marketing and advertising services companies make it on to the rankings. In the Small Company category, digital agency CKSK came in 5th position while Kantar Worldpanel came in 11th. Exterion Media, meanwhile, came in 13th position while Publicis Dublin was ranked 14th .
In the Large Company category, Diageo Ireland topped this year’s rankings followed by Microsoft Ireland and Version 1 in 3rd place.
The rankings are compiled by the Great Place to Work Institute and form part of a wider global research project that is undertaken annually in 45 different countries around the world. The Institute helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures and works with both the private and public sector in each of the different markets in which it operates. The findings of the Irish survey were published in a special publication that was distributed this week with the Irish Times.
