The UK digital agency Isobar, which is part of Dentsu Aegis, has formally set up in the Irish market following the rebranding of Lucidity Digital this week.
Lucidity Digital, the Dublin-based digital agency was acquired by Dentsu Aegis Ireland last year and has rebranded to Isobar. This follows the acquisition of Lucidity Digital last year by Isobar’s parent company, Dentsu Aegis Network.
Founded in 2003, by Guy Fagan and Jim Cassidy, Lucidity had a turnover of €1.2m in 2012 and a profit of €100,000. The company, which is located in Rathmines, employs 28 staff. Clients include Eircom Group, Britvic, HSE, RTÉ and Salesforce. The firm is now planning an aggressive new business drive and expects to double its staff to 60 over the next 2 years. Ciaran Farrell, the former business development director of ICAN, has also joined the agency as business development director.
For its part Isobar is a major international digital agency with a staff of over 3000, located in 67 offices in 40 different countries worldwide.
