Portfolio Lab, the annual speed-dating and networking event for young creatives will take place next Thursday, September 17th in the Irish Times Building.
Run by the Institute of Creative Advertising (ICAD), Portfolio Lab aims to help emerging talent break into the advertising and design industry by putting their work under the scope of Ireland’s leading creative directors.
Some of the creative directors who will be in attendance to view the work include Adam Crane, Cawley NeaTBWA; Bobby Byrne, Rothco; Carol Lambert and/or Ger Roe, Publicis; Emmet Wright, Chemistry; Gavin O’Sullivan, DDFH&B; Gerard Whelan, Brandcentral; Kathryn Wilson, Slater Design; Pat Hamill, Irish International; Paula McEntee, Red Dog; Rob O’Reilly, Scale; Robert Boyle, Target McConnells; Rory Hamilton, Boys & Girls; Stephen Kiernan, Atomic and Steve Simpson, Steve Simpson Illustration.
The event is aimed at graduates and final year students of any creative discipline, with an advertising or design portfolio they would like critiqued. These include advertising, animation, design and media technology courses.
