Windmill Lane Pictures has launched a new service which is targeted predominantly at international advertising agencies looking for animation talent.
The new offering, called Whirligig.tv, brings together a number of leading Irish animation studios under the one umbrella, including Brown Bag Films, Cartoon Saloon, Eat the Danger, Nine Acre Films, Paper Panther and Wiggleywoo.
Whirligig.tv is specifically targeting agencies in the US, the UK and the Middle East and Julie Murnaghan and Samantha Plaisted, both formerly of Passion Pictures London, will oversee the roll-out of the new business.
