Turning Insight into Action is the theme of the next AAI Toolkit Seminar which will take place on October 20th.
Robin McGhee, planning director of Millward Brown will discuss the journey brands need make to reach an outstanding insight and how they can then embed that insight into the business and its marketing.
Two speakers from Dublin Airport Authority (DAA), Jan Richards, head of insights and Sinead Quish, head of B2C marketing will then discuss how to turn insights into action by sharing details and insights from the Dublin Airport Insights Programme and the Passenger Journey Improvement Programme as well as other key passenger satisfaction driver initiatives.
The venue for the AAI Toolkit Seminar is Core Media on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay and the event will kick off at 8.30am and conclude at 10am.
