Dylan Roche has been appointed as head of operations at the Dublin creative agency Boys and Girls.
His new role will involve responsibility for all traffic management while also developing system and delivery processes to align agency resources with incoming and out-going work. As such, he will liaise closely with the Account Management, Creative, Digital, Activation, Production and Finance teams at Boys and Girls on a day-today basis.
He began his professional career in the print industry, where he spent 10 years working as an estimator and production assistant in a number of companies prior to joining Cawley Nea/TBWA’s production department in 2006 where he spent nearly 10 years.
Clients of Boys and Girls include Three Mobile, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard, Nissan, 123.ie, Danone, Dulux, RaboDirect and Digicel.
