Oisin Hurst has been appointed as creative director of WONDR, the agency that was founded in 2014 by Sébastien Sicot and Dermot O’Shea.
WONDR specialises in digital brand building for international and domestic brands and recent clients have included Epic Ireland, SIRO, PCH, KBC, Electric Ireland and the Irish Heart Foundation. The agency recently picked up awards from the FWA, Awwwards.com CSS Design Award and ICAD.
Prior to joining WONDR, Hurst worked as a creative strategist for Target McConnells working on Vodafone, An Post, Arnotts and Diageo. He also spent several years working as executive creative director for the WPP-owned The Brand Union Dublin.
Previously he lead creative projects, rebrands and activations for Guinness Store House, AIB, UBS, MBNA, An Post Witness History, ESB, GAA, Glenilen Farm, Barry’s Tea and Midleton Very Rare Whiskey to name but a few.
”I think the biggest challenge facing many brands today is in them realising that they are primarily digital brands,” says Hurst.
