Digital agency Epsilon has appointed Liadhán Collins as its new marketing director for the EMEA region.
She joined the agency in 2012 as an account manager and has progressed her career working with customers on brand and strategy development and execution. Most recently she was involved with the global positioning of the Epsilon brand itself.
Elsewhere, Ciara Bailey moves to the position of client services director at Epsilon, leading the Google account for EMEA. She joined Epsilon over five years ago and has worked in a range of client services roles since then,
Meanwhile Epsilon is to sponsor DublinBeta, the start-up event which will be held on December 5th in The Hangar (formerly St Andrews Lane). The DublinBeta Christmas party will see various Irish start-ups coming together and demoing what they’re working on to over 200 people from across the Dublin tech spectrum. The event has been running every three months since 2011 and is designed as a barrier-free opportunity for early stage companies to get feedback on all elements of their product, marketing and technology. Some now well-known companies that demoed at DublinBeta during their infancy include NewsWhip, SoundWave (acquired by Spotify), CurrencyFair, and Bullet.
