Lowdown:
Publicis Dublin ask couples in Ireland ‘The Big Question’ in a new campaign to create a conversation about fertility and promote new fertility benefits from Vhi Healthcare.
This film was made to draw attention to a very sensitive issue and to help people plan ahead. Creatives Ronan Nulty and Carol Lambert collaborated with Motherland to develop a film approach that was very observational and non-obtrusive. A camera hovers overhead observing young couples answering ‘The Big Question’. Each has different views and ideas on ‘having children’. What no couple plans on, however, is having difficulty conceiving.
The overhead camera is non-judgemental, as if to say to the viewer; fertility issues can happen to any of us, of either sex, at any age. In fact, 1 in 6 couples will experience problems with fertility.
Publicis Dublin also collaborated with Maia Dunphy to interview the couples during the film process. Vhi Healthcare has also partnered with Maia as a leading Irish influential blogger to write editorial pieces around this topic and get everyone talking about fertility
Publicis Dublin created an integrated campaign using film, digital, online video, radio, print and social posts to launch the new benefits from Vhi Healthcare.
