Entries for this year’s IAPI Doyenne Awards are now open for entry. The Doyenne Awards recognise outstanding talent shown by women in advertising agencies (media and creative), media and the PR industry.
The Awards are once again being sponsored by EVOKE.ie.
The closing date for entries is Tuesday, February 7th and potential entrants can either nominate themselves or be nominated by a colleague or MD/CEO.
Now in their fourth year, the Awards are scheduled to take place to coincide with International Women’s Day on March 8th and on the day two awards will be given – the overall Doyenne Award and the Rising Star Award.
The Doyenne Award is for women who have demonstrated their leadership capability, on agency clients, internally at their agencies, their industry involvement and their ability to champion collaboration, teamwork and industry best practice. They are passionate about the discipline of advertising and marketing communications in its fullest definition.
The Rising Star Award, meanwhile, is for women on the way up, aged 30 or under, who power agency teams, demonstrate leadership and make things happen, go the extra mile to get the best and most effective work possible.
