TBWA Dublin has launched a new multi-channel advertising campaign for Calor, one of Ireland’s leading suppliers of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG).
The new campaign is part of a €1.2m spend by the company and includes the roll-out of new branding and design for the company which celebrates its 80th birthday this year.
According to Sharon Nolan, marketing manager of Calor: “the redesign is an evolution in the brand’s 80 year journey – it manages to deliver change without losing touch with Calor’s core identity and positions the brand for the future. Our identity is steeped in our core values, which places people at the heart of everything we do, from our customers to our staff.”
The new campaign also includes a new sponsorship of Countrywide on RTE Radio 1. “Calor’s media partner, OMD, successfully secured a one year sponsorship of Countrywide on RTE Radio 1. This sponsorship is a good strategic fit for the Calor brand, as it brings urban and rural Ireland together through the experiences and stories of people all over the island. Reaching 206,000 listeners, the show is presented by Damien O’Reilly,” adds Nolan.
