To mark its 30th anniversary and its four-year brand re-positioning plan, Woodie’s has launched a new advertising campaign called ‘We’re all Homemakers’.
Their new ad, which was created by Rothco, explores modern Ireland, offers glimpses in to the lives of people all over the country and puts Woodie’s at the heart of homemaking. The ad was filmed in nine locations and captures the diverse and varied ways that people in Ireland bring their own personality traits to their homes.
Apart from TV, the campaign will run in cinema and on digital platforms and will be complimented by ‘The BIG 30’, an online documentary video which celebrates the people and products that ‘make Woodie’s wonderful’. Woodie’s will also be running a selection of anniversary promotions, offers and competitions and also plan to have a 30th anniversary themed show garden at Bloom In The Park in June.
“We want to inspire the people of Ireland to continue to take pride in their homes and recognise that while the physical make-up of homes has changed a lot over the years, how people feel about their homes hasn’t. Everyone wants to make the most of their homes and the people in Woodie’s are here to help you do just that,” says Ruth Brett, Woodie’s marketing director.
