The Marketing Society of Ireland will host David Wheldon, President of the World Federation of Advertisers and Chief Marketing Officer for Royal Bank of Scotland, for a highly anticipated conversation about global marketing trends and what they mean for Ireland. The event will take place on Wednesday, 3rd October 2018 at 7.30am in The Lighthouse Cinema, Market Square, Smithfield, Dublin 7.

Currently Chief Marketing Officer of Royal Bank of Scotland, David Wheldon has also held the role of Global Director & VP of Advertising for the Coca-Cola Company, President of BBDO Europe and a stint in Ireland CEO of Vodafone Ireland Marketing LTD. He became President of the World Federation of Advertisers in March 2015. He is a fellow of the UK Marketing Society and a council member of the Marketing Group of Great Britain.
