Rothco | Accenture Interactive has rounded off a stellar year for the agency by winning the presitigious Agency of the Year award at the Eurobest Awards this week. The agency also picked up three Grand Prix awards, two Gold Awards as well as three Silvers. All the awards were picked up for its ground-breaking JFK Unsilenced’ campaign for The Times / News UK & Ireland.
The most recent haul of awards means that since the campaign was launched, the agency has picked up 55 awards and eight Grands Prix making it by far the most awarded campaign by an Irish agency ever.
The Eurobest Awards are run by Ascential, the same company which runs the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and the awards celebrate creative excellence in advertising in Europe.

The ‘JFK Unsilenced’ campaign used specialist AI technology to create the speech the 35th president was meant to make in Dallas the day he was assassinated – The Dallas Trade Mart speech. The campaign film was launched last spring and generated a reach of 51 million on Twitter and one billion media impressions globally.
