Vicki Notaro has been appointed as Managing Director of VIP Publishing, She will retain her title as editor-in-chief of STELLAR, the monthly glossy magazine aimed at women 20-45 years, and work alongside the editorial, online and commercial teams on VIP, Ireland’s biggest selling monthly, and TVNow.
Before returning to STELLAR as editor in January 2017, Notaro worked as a freelance writer and editor published frequently in the Irish Independent, Irish Times, Sunday Times, Buzzfeed, Lonely Planet, the Sunday Business Post and Sunday Independent. Prior to that, she was a magazine editor at the Irish Independent responsible for Health&Living, Day&Night, INSIDER, Lineout and FIT.
“I’m beyond thrilled to take on the running of the company I started out in eleven years ago. We have a unique offering of print, digital, social, events and even a podcast, and cover the broadest demographic in Irish publishing. My focus will be on growing the business and our offering, developing and fostering new relationships with clients, and continuing to uphold the highest standards in content, both editorial and advertorial,” says Notaro.
