With the Irish health insurance market entering the crucial switching period over the coming months, laya healthcare has launched a new campaign to showcase its new laya Healthcare Concierge which offers members access to specialised and clinically qualified teams that offer members personalised information and reassurance specifically tailored to individual’s medical needs while assisting them in navigating the often confusing Irish healthcare system.
The through the line campaign was created by TBWA\Dublin and will run on TV, radio and display, with a strong focus on social media, where the question-information format of the messaging is particularly fitting.
Rooted in laya’s brand platfom ‘it’s good to live’, the campaign showcases this new service in a warm, informative way, showing the type of questions they don’t answer, and the type of questions they do.
According to Paula Kelly, Head of Client Services at TBWA\Dublin: “There’s always a degree of added excitement when you’re first to market with a new benefit. Even more so when the product is so good. We’re very proud to work with the laya healthcare team. As a company they’re relentless in offering the most innovative health insurance products and benefits in the market. This exclusive new benefit to laya healthcare and the campaign around it, is reflective of the friendliness, approachability and warmth of the laya healthcare brand.”
“The launch of any new benefit to market is a really exciting time for laya healthcare. Working with the team in TBWA\Dublin gave us the opportunity to really communicate why our Laya Healthcare Concierge is so unique and special when compared to anything else available in Ireland,” says Rebecca Trevor, Advertising Brand Manager at laya healthcare
“The launch of this benefit is a true reflection of our ongoing strategy to be more than just a health insurer to our members, and instead be a real health partner, holding the hand of our members through their healthcare journey every step of the way. We’re delighted with the final output and can’t wait to see how the campaign performs, ” she adds.
