It’s been a busy few months at the Dublin based creative agency Bloom. It has produced new campaigns for Applegreen, Love Irish Food and Osram LED light bulbs.
Applegreen is one of Ireland’s leading forecourt retailers with over 200 sites across the island of Ireland as well as operations in both the UK and the US.
“Applegreen really is an inspirational Irish success story – a real challenger in the retail sector, they re-invented the forecourt and set the standard for rest of the market” says David Quinn managing partner at Bloom.
“The brief by Applegreen was to raise awareness of their quality coffee offering and communicate the benefits to the customer of their professionally trained baristas.” The campaign ran across radio, digital and forecourt point of sale.
The Bloom team is also behind new campaigns for both Love Irish Food, the association for the promotion of Irish made food and drink brands and Osram LED light bulbs – one of the world’s biggest light bulb manufacturers. Both campaigns are running on radio.
“We’re delighted to be working with Love Irish Food because we really admire the work they have been doing promoting Irish brands. We work with a number of great Irish food brands ourselves so we are aware of the challenges facing the sector over the next few years. This radio campaign aims to focus consumers’ minds on helping to create a sustainable Irish food industry by making sure they’re supporting local brands.” says managing partner Damian Penco.
“Osram, despite the fact that they are one of the world’s biggest manufacturers of light bulbs are a challenger in this market where they are competing against a number of older and more established brands. They have a superior product at a great price point so our job is to make them a household name,” says Quinn.
