The Marketing Society of Ireland is delighted to welcome Grace Binchy, Bord Bia’s consumer insights director, is the keynote speaker at the Marketing Society’s next industry event which takes place next week, November 14th the offices of Bord Bia from 8am to 9.30am.
With the Irish food industry and important part of the overall economy, Binchy will outline some of the key trends and forces at work in the global food industry and how they relate to the challenges and opportunities facing Irish food producers.
Binchy, has significant experience in advertising and market research, including stints working with Grey Group in London and New York and Publicis Dublin. In her role at Bord Bia, she interacts with food and drink companies to understand the importance of the consumer and how to best develop their brand in the marketplace while also being responsible for the trends programme.
Other speakers on the day include Alex Barry, head of insights and analytics, Musgrave Retail, Nicola Weldon, marketing & category director Kerry Foods and Shane Hammill, strategic projects manager, Bord Bia.
