The Brandtech Group has expanded its footprint in the Irish market with the acquisition of the global digital media and marketing company Jellyfish.
The deal which was announced this week creates the largest digital-only marketing group in the world with over 7,000 staff and revenues in excess of $1bn.
Since it was founded in 2005, Jellyfish has grown substantially and employs over 2,000 staff in 38 offices around the world.
