The Bauer Media-owned Newstalk has launched a new awards programme that will recognize and champion Ireland’s business innovators and changemakers.
The Newstalk Changemaker Business Awards 2025, sponsored by FBD Insurance, will salute the very best in Irish innovation and thought leadership across culture, sustainability, ESG, wellbeing, procurement, customer experience, marketing, technology, and community impact.
The inaugural awards will take place on Wednesday, June 11 at the Mansion House, Dublin and will be hosted by Anton Savage, presenter of Newstalk’s weekend The Anton Savage Show.
The awards are being held in association with FBD Insurance and supported by Close Brothers, SSE Airtricity and Repak and are open to businesses of all sizes.
The closing date for entries is Friday, April 11. The chair of judging panel for the inaugural awards will be David McRedmond, CEO of An Post.
A total of nine categories are open for entries. These include Marketing Initiative, which celebrates outstanding marketing campaigns that “have successfully combined creativity, strategy and impact” and Customer Experience which “recognizes businesses that have redefined what it means to put the customer first.”
