IAPI has issued a call for entries for this year’s Effie Awards Ireland.
According to IAPI, the first deadline is Tuesday 20th May while the second deadline is Tuesday, June 10th. The final deadline, meanwhile, is Tuesday June 24th.
Judging of the entries will begin in July and August and the actual Effie Awards Ireland will take place on Friday 17th October in the Dublin Royal Convention Centre. The Effie Winners Showcase will then take place on Thursday 6th November.
The Awards are now in their fourth year and showcase effectiveness in marketing, spotlighting ideas that work and encouraging thoughtful dialogue about the drivers of marketing effectiveness.
“Effie recipients are not just symbolic of marketing excellence but proof of the industry’s potential to drive wider business growth,” says Siobhan Masterson, CEO of IAPI.
“The Effies provide a valuable opportunity for Irish business and agencies to showcase exceptional talent and work at Global & European Best of the Best awards and compete on the global stage.”
The chair of this year’s judging panel, Tom Kinsella, managing director, homes, AIB says that “Effie Awards Ireland exists to lead, inspire and champion marketing effectiveness which has a direct impact on a business’s bottom line. The Effie Awards Ireland Jury will be looking for high quality submissions which tell the story of the work, showcasing transformative results which moved the dial for the brand and business. We look forward to seeing the 2025 entries and awarding the best of Irish marketing effectiveness”.
This year’s awards will be sponsored by RTÉ, An Post, Diageo Ireland and Allianz.
