The Dublin-based agency eightytwenty has launched the first episode in a new series of podcasts called “Rule of Thumb” which is available to download on both iTunes and Soundcloud.
Aimed at marketing and advertising professionals, the six-part series features exclusive interviews with executives from tech giants, global advertising agencies and category leaders.
Inspired by the behaviour of people on social media and mobile, Rule of Thumb provides marketing professionals with the latest principals to transform their business using social including insight generation using behavioural data and social-first creative strategies. Each episode will cover easy to implement tactics to help brands win the battle for attention on social media newsfeeds and mobile.
Hosted by Michael Corcoran, social transformation consultant at eightytwenty, episode one (available now), gives listeners the information they need to develop video content that’s built for mobile and ultimately works, regardless of the objective. The first episode also features industry experts including Sam Doyle, EMEA creative strategist at Facebook and Ross Killeen, founder of Motherland Production and Event Junkies.
