    Skills to Succeed Apprenticeships

    Ardmore was delighted to be working with the Department for Economy to create a new, fully-integrated campaign to promote Apprenticeships for businesses and potential participants. For businesses, apprenticeships are a great opportunity to train the right people for their specific needs.

    An apprenticeship offers an individual on-and off-the-job training, while getting paid, with the opportunity to gain qualifications – up to degree level and beyond.

    “Discover an inspired you, a qualified you…”

    The creative approach was to showcase real apprentices and their employers in their workplace with candid-style videography and photography. The campaign went live at the end of February and is running on TV, Radio, Press and Social Media.
