Jerry Fish is the latest act to have signed up for AndyFest, the special fundraising event to commemorate Andrew McDermott who sadly passed away in April.
Jerry Fish joins a list of stars that includes Mundy, Oliver Callan and Foil Arm & Hogs who have donated their time to support the event which takes place next Thursday, June 14 in Twenty Two, South Anne Street, Dublin 2.
A well-known figure in the Irish advertising industry over the last 20 years, Andrew worked in a number of agencies and media organisations, including McConnell’s, McCann Erickson, Carlton Screen Advertising, the Sunday World and, more recently, INM.
According to the organisers of the event, all donations in excess of €500 can be lodged directly into the Andrew McDermott Memorial Fund, the details of which are available from Mairead Kearns in INM (mkearns@inmsales.ie) and Ronan O’Loughlin of Digitize (ronan@digitize.ie)
All donations less than €500 can be lodged directly on the GoFundMe page HERE
As demand for tickets is already significant, it is advisable to book tickets now. Subject to capacity on the night, there may be a very limited number of tickets available on the door but the organisers have stressed that this can’t be guaranteed. Those wishing to attend on the night are being asked to donate a minimum of €25 per person on the GoFundMe page.
Apart from the star acts on stage, there will be a special raffle with a number of brilliant prizes up for grabs including tickets to summer gigs and festivals, a washing machine and vouchers for week-ends away.
