The popular website Entertainment.ie has embarked on its first major campaign since it was acquired by the digital media and marketing company, Packed.House last year. The website, which also celebrates its 21st birthday, is aiming to raise awareness of the website’s upgraded functionality and the 2m unique visitors it attracts every month.
The new campaign will run online, on radio, OOH and in cinemas nationwide.
“We have invested significantly into making the user journey even better for the readers of entertainment.ie and I am delighted to see it all come together,” said Richie Kelly, CEO of Packed.House. “The redevelopment will make it faster and easier to reach the latest movie, TV, music and celebrity news. We are also thrilled to launch a new marketing campaign to mark the site turning 21 years old and be able to reward the loyal community of readers entertainment.ie has built.”
According to Kelly, the refreshed website offers faster loading speeds on mobile and easier navigation, a live digital TV Guide, cinema screentimes as well as movie trailers as well as an improved music section as well as more video and podcast content.
