The Dublin-based B2B marketing agency Atomic Beta is teaming up with global research and advisory firm SiriusDecisions to host a workshop to help Ireland’s B2B marketers learn best practices for adopting an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy.
Called “Getting Started with Account-Based Marketing: A Practitioner’s Workshop,” the event takes place at 8:30 am on February 12 at Dublin’s Dean Hotel.
The morning will consist of interactive sessions and practical advice led by world-class experts from Forrester-owned SiriusDecisions, which provides B2B sales and marketing professionals with research-based advisory, consulting and learning solutions.
“Despite the hype around ABM, many B2B marketers still struggle to understand exactly what tools and techniques are required to make it work, particularly in Ireland,” says Niall Dowling, Atomic Beta’s Strategic Director.
“The workshop aims to give marketers a foundation to get started, improve or elevate an ABM strategy to help accelerate their pipeline and close bigger deals.”
Joining Dowling on the day will be two of SiriusDecisions’ foremost ABM experts: Matt Papertsian, who has more than 21 years of experience driving growth for large software firms and early-stage companies and Anthony McPartlin, who previously led global sales operations at Lionbridge.
According to Dowling, attendees will walk away with a deep understanding of how to determine if ABM is right for your business, assess if your business is ready to adopt an ABM approach, understand the fundamental steps required to build an effective strategy, align marketing and sales for long-term success and create winning strategies and scale it to fit your business.
