The Creative Solutions Manager plays a key creative role in the development and delivery of engaging, innovative branded content for Lovin Media Group.
The role
Acting as the main point of contact between the editorial and commercial teams, the
Creative Solutions Manager reports directly to the Commercial Director and is responsible for overseeing the creative concept and delivery of all commercial campaigns while employing editorial insight to help the sales team stand out to clients.
You will be responsible for developing, creating, and monitoring the quality of the brand’s
commercial output, as well as working towards both audience and revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Help the sales team create and promote industry-leading creative packages in response to briefs
- Play a key role in creating best-in-class digital campaigns for our many clients
- Monitor and maintain quality of all commercial creative output (editorial, video, design, etc…)
- Work closely with client services team to coordinate commercial content workflow
- Share innovation and key insights across both teams to ensure we remain abreast of latest trends
- Work with editorial and commercial teams to achieve audience and revenue KPIs
- Utilise SEO and social skills to ensure product meets client objectives
- Time and resource management across the Creative team

Professional Requirements
- 3-5 years experience creating editorial/branded content in a fast moving environment
- Strong track record of managing digital campaigns to strict KPIs and deadlines
- Strong admin skills using Excel and PPT
- A strong understanding of social media and audience
- Knowledge of key social media trends
- Experience with Google Analytics or other relevant insights tools
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
