Mazars Ireland has announced that it will become the Druid Theatre Company’s Leadership Partner and sponsor, supporting its programme of activities, with an initial focus on its 2019 programme.

Under the partnership, Mazars will support Druid across its principal productions Epiphany and The Beacon and other creative activities in 2019. Mazars’ support will have a direct impact on all of Druid’s activities, allowing the theatre company to further cement its position as one of Ireland’s leading cultural brands.

According to Mark Kennedy Managing Partner Mazars: “We are delighted to partner with Druid an internationally acclaimed organisation that is committed to excellence in its field and is socially responsible, qualities that we believe resonate with Mazars’ focus on excellent services in a public interest profession.”

“Professional services and the work that we do day-to-day is evolving, an evolution that requires us to be agile, and apply different concepts and forms of thinking to the solutions we provide to clients. Working in an increasingly digital and regulated environment, this partnership is a new departure for us as an organisation. We are eager to work with Druid as there are many synergies between us. We look forward to learning from the unique approach that Druid apply to their craft.”

“We are delighted to welcome a leading global firm like Mazars as a Leadership Partner,” said Druid Artistic Director, Garry Hynes. “We are excited about the possibilities this partnership can provide, not just from the perspective of how Mazars’ support can help us grow as an organisation, but also as part of the conversation about the importance of creativity in the growth of our society and its role in business.  I would like to thank Mazars for their support, and we look forward to working with Mark and his team to develop our partnership.”
