A number of places are still available for the forthcoming Marketing Society’s breakfast event next which features Jan Gooding, the Chair of LGBT equality charity, Stonewall and Chair of PAMCO as the keynote speaker.
The theme of the event is “Inclusive Brand: What Value is Inclusion & Diversity to your Brand? Gooding will explore how positive brand inclusion and diversity can enhance relevance while also allowing brands to connect in a more meaningful way with consumers gaining real cut-through. The event will take place next Thursday, 12th September in the Light House Cinema in Dublin.
Jan Gooding was the recipient of ‘The Drum Lifetime Achievement’ Award 2019 and has worked with a wide range of blue-chip companies in the past, including BT, British Gas, Diageo and Unilever. She was also the first Global Inclusion Director at Aviva and was the driving force behind introducing the policy of equal parental leave.
As part of her keynote address, she will discuss how organisations can benefit from developing inclusive brands and the cost of not doing so. This in-depth session will also focus the role of brand purpose, its relationship with organisational purpose and the importance of inclusive leadership to deliver shareholder value.
