The independent strategy agency, MCCP has strengthened its senior team with a number of new promotions.
Mary Sheahan has been promoted to associate research director, having joined MCCP back in 2015. Sheahan leads MCCP’s Discovery qualitative and quantitative research for B2B and B2C clients in markets all over the globe.
Declan Flynn, meanwhile, has been promoted to senior new business development manager, having joined the agency in 2015 as a strategy analyst. He maintains his position as strategist while also leading MCCP’s business development team working client partners.
Elsewhere, Michael Browne has been promoted to brand strategy and creativity director. He joined the agency in 2018 and has been influential in developing global brand strategies for Heineken cider brands, Groupon, the National Lottery and Bord Bia global food brand proposition.
In addition, Richard O’Donnell, has been promoted to innovation & strategy director. He started with MCCP in 2017 and has been key to developing MCCP’s innovation pillar, working with key clients such as DAA, the National Lottery and Heineken.
Clients of MCCP include Heineken, Smurfit Kappa, The National Lottery, Lidl, Dept of Health, DAA, Servier, UL, TU Dublin, LVA, Dale Farm, Henkel, Just Eat and Groupon.
