JCDecaux has started to roll out its new large format digital network called Digi48s.
The first of the Digi48s have been launched on the N11 Loughlinstown and on Ann Street in Belfast city centre. An additional Digi48 billboard will launch in Garden City, Derry in the coming weeks.
These new digital billboards are the latest addition to the outdoor media owner’s digital roadside portfolio which includes Digishelters, Digipoles and Digipanels in key locations in Dublin city.
“The launch of Digi48s in Dublin, Belfast and Derry is the latest endorsement of our commitment to the Irish advertising market,”says Pat Mannion, commercial director, JCDecaux.
“We are focused on providing advertisers with the best possible platform to reach and communicate with their audiences and along with our wider portfolio we are building a substantial digital presence across the island of Ireland. The sheer size of the Digi48 screens will provide clients with the ability to achieve outstanding visibility at some of the busiest locations in the country,” he says.
Digital Out of Home (DOOH) spend has continued to go from strength to strength in the Irish market and is now estimated to account for over 40% of total outdoor spend.
