ACNE Dublin Rolls Out New Campaign for Stena Line

Acne Dublin has launched the latest campaign for Stena Line.

Called “The Stena Line Way”, the campaign is designed to inspire travellers to “say no to crampy travel” and instead embrace the comfort, ease and freedom of travelling by sea.

The integrated campaign spans digital, social, print, display and onboard activations. Media is being handled by OMG.

At the campaign’s heart is a 60 second brand video by award-winning director Sam McGrath and features a hassled passenger preparing for the all-too-familiar battle with suitcase space and squished-up seats. The hero family, meanwhile,  step on board—only to find their journey is refreshingly stress-free.

““This freewheeling campaign is all about capturing the essence of travelling with Stena Line and reminding customers that the journey can and should be part of the holiday experience,” said Julia Kronberg, head of marketing at Stena Line.

“What kind of person would find all squishy-squashy stress typically associated with travel any way comfortable or relaxing? “Travel, the Stena Line way” cuts through all that cramp,” adds Ben Clifford, ACNE Dublin’s creative director.
