Wilson Hartnell has appointed Gavin Noble to head up its Content and Social Hub.
He joins the PR agency from the US-based Specialized Bicycles, where he was global sports marketing manager for the last two years. With a global staff of 16, he was responsible for athlete activation and the company’s digital, marketing and promotional programmes. He is also a former Olympian having competed in the London Olympics in 2012 as Ireland’s first ever male representative in the triathlon event.
According to Wilson Hartnell’s managing director Brian Bell; “as Head of Content and Social, Gavin will take a lead role in developing WH’s capabilities and creative resources to create dynamic and engaging digital content on behalf of WH’s client base. Supported by a team of digital creative, graphic designs and specialist contractors, the Content and Social Hub was formed to support all of WH’s specialist practice teams covering Consumer, Corporate & Public Affairs, Health, Lifestyle and Sports in meeting the emerging and growing need among brands to generate digital content that supports their various business activities and marketing campaigns.”
